Hungary-headquartered oil and gas company MOL Group has urged graduates to apply for the latest edition of its award-winning talent acquisition program, Growww.
Almost 180 positions are up for grabs in the one-year program in the areas of engineering, business, IT, and social and natural sciences. The program is said to offer ‘on the job’ learning, as well as a structured business education program.
Candidates with a maximum of up to one year of work experience can apply for positions, until April 29, both at the company’s headquarters in Budapest and in MOL Group’s local subsidiaries in 11 countries, comprising Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia. There is no age limit for Growww.
“Today young people no longer look for jobs. They look for opportunities to make a real impact and I believe that joining MOL Group as part of Growww gives them an opportunity to think big and bring their ideas to life,” Zdravka Demeter Bubalo, HR vice president at MOL Group, said in a company statement.
“I encourage fresh graduates from various academic backgrounds to apply and shape the future of our industry,” Bubalo added.
Since its launch in 2007, more than 2,000 individuals from all over the world have been recruited as part of Growww. In 2017, MOL Group offered 175 positions as part of the program. Growwwers who joined MOL in September 2017 are now in the middle of their Growww year.
