Statoil announced Friday that it has awarded maintenance contracts for insulation, scaffolding and surface treatment (ISO) for the Sture and Kollnes processing facilities onshore Norway.
Services firm Prezioso Linjebygg AS has won the contract, which is valued at NOK 1.1 billion over a 10-year period. The contract will be fulfilled using standard ISO methods, including rope access techniques and rigging.
“This framework agreement with Prezioso Linjebygg for the delivery of ISO services at Sture and Kollsnes marks the start of a long-term partnership between the companies. We look forward to a good partnership, focusing on good HSE performance, increased efficiency and good quality within maintenance services,” Olav Bådsvik, who is in charge of the Sture and Kollsnes processing plants for Statoil.
